    Hello - my wife and I are moving out of the house we are renting on Adams street just off the park! The address is 1662 Adams Street. This was a great house for us but we have outgrown it. This 3 bed, 2 bathroom victorian home has vaulted ceilings. There is also an office and a sunroom and an outside second floor deck. Right now the office and the sunroom are both used for remote working spaces. We especially loved the fenced backyard (and front yard) for our dog to play in (there is a dog door too). Right on the park and great for a small family or 2-3 roommates who want space. Date Available: January 8th, 2021 Duration: 6 Month Sublet until June 30, 2021, or 12 month Rental. Amenities: Washer/Dryer in the basement On City Park Dogs Allowed (on an application basis - extra fee) Walkable to Colfax and my favorite - Atomic Cowboy Lots and lots of storage 2 Car Garage Central House Fan (Uber cheap electric bill in Summer) Central AC/Heating Gas Fireplace Wonderful Backyard for the pup to frolic in with an awesome doggy door! Raised Gardens come spring time :) Tenant is responsible for water, electricity, internet. There is gigabit internet here with Centurylink that has been great for us working at home. There is a $50 application fee per person applying. Dogs are welcomed on an application basis (no puppies 1 year of age). Please see a video walkthrough -
