    $1125 Utilities Included / No Deposit ($1125 moves you in) Looking for a Roommate for remaining 11 month lease! 3 bed / 2.5 bath Townhouse. I'm pretty quiet, either at work, at the gym or at the girlfriends. I have some family and a house I rent out in Battle Ground WA so I will leave for some weekends to hang with family and do maintenance down there on my house. I do Ironman Triathlons, CrossFit challenges, meal prep, keep my places very clean, pretty quiet, and hang in my room most of the time If I'm home. I'm pretty open to anyone who I just click with so if you have any questions let me know. I am in no specific rush to room up with anyone without finding the right fit, ya know. I'm looking for mature, relaxed, clean, easy going roommate but must have a grasp of common sense and common courtesy. I would prefer someone who doesn't work from home (but it's negotiable, everything is negotiable if we just click), anyone who lives in the living room on the couch or has constant guests or parties. I've been fortunate and had great male and female roommates in the past and only a few bad roommates but when they were bad they were "bad" so I'll wait until I find the right fit. Leasing company doesn't allow "any" smoking inside the dwelling but they do allow cats and sm/med dogs under 40lb but require some kind of deposit if you do. Only one garage so its just shared for storage. The place is pretty much furnished you would just need bedroom set.
