Furnishings include a queen bed in the master, a trundle twin set bed in the junior, and a sleeper sofa in the living room allowing you to accommodate six comfortably if you're so inclined. The exterior features a large second level deck with a gas grill and patio furniture upstairs, and a porch swing, fish cleaning table, and outdoor shower downstairs. Lawn and grounds maintenance is included. A $1,500 deposit is required if three or fewer people will be living in the house. If the number of residents exceeds four, an additional $500 deposit per person is required.
