I bought this while I went to school at university of Wyoming and it worked really well for me, easily paid for itself with a $445 month lot rent. Can’t get this much space, parking and dog/cat friendly w/yard for this price in Laramie. Easy bike ride or drive to campus. Roof was sealed summer 2020. Brand new $3000 furnace installed winter 2018. These things are bound to go out if you buy a mobile home with an older unit, plus much more energy efficient. New Kenmore gas range. Everything works well, but don’t expect a brand new home for this price.
