The beach colors are early spring. Second, the house is set back from the road totally surrounded by trees, but more inportantly it has a lush, exuberant English Garden on the entire lot with a sprinkler system and hundreds of perenials that burst forth every Spring. Third, the layout of the house is a horseshoe with a charming courtyard faced by the Great Room and the master bedroom. This courtyard is totally private from neighbors and the street. Inside the great room there are large windows that face south east so the light inside is soft and brilliant all day.
