This apartment complex is a quick walk from Downtown, as well as a number of bars and restaurants down 17th avenue. The building is pet friendly, and the complex features a large dog run. There is also a pool, hot tub, a few grills, a small community gym, and a game room with TVs and a pool table. There is one laundry room per building and the machines use credit cards, making it very easy to use. There is an attached underground parking garage and spots are $100/month, or street parking is available on the surrounding streets. Credit check and application would be required, with a $50 application fee and a $150 administration fee. Tenant is responsible for electric and internet/cable. All other services are included in the bill and are usually around $30/month or less. Reserved parking spots are available in the garage for $100/month, but street parking is also an option.
