The Space Our home is fully optimized for a comfortable, stress-free mid-term stay: Bedrooms: 2 quiet, restful bedrooms featuring 1 queen and 1 double bed with comfortable mattresses, and closet space for your uniforms and gear. Private Patio: Step out to a beautiful, fully fenced backyard featuring a private patio area perfect for winding down or enjoying your morning coffee before a shift. In-Unit Laundry: Includes a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent so you can easily manage laundry on your days off. Cool & Comfortable: Fully equipped with air conditioning to keep the home perfectly cool for daytime sleeping. Kitchen: A modern, fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, a convection oven, and all the essentials for meal prepping and cooking at home. Parking: Includes covered parking options along with plenty of additional parking space for your vehicles. Owner pays utilities. I do charge for a cleaning fee of $150. If you have a pet, there is a deposit (150) and pet rent (25 / pet). No dogs over 20 lbs are allowed. Lease is for one month or longer. No Smoking: Strictly forbidden anywhere on the property, including the outdoor patio. No 420/Cannabis: No marijuana consumption or vaping of any kind is permitted inside or outside.
