This is a 2 month, short term rental, available early September '26 - end of October/Early November '26 while we are traveling. Dates are flexible as we are waiting to arrange our travel plans until we find a renter! We want to find one person to rent the entire time. Rent our Sloans lake home located only 3 houses from the lake. Cross streets are 17th and Wolff. Large yard! The house will have a room locked upstairs so you can use our primary bed that has a king bed and en suite bathroom, and the upstairs office with a queen pullout sleeper sofa and desk. Will allow a dog if it's well behaved. $3,500 a month - can prorate dates if it's not a perfect month! All costs are included in rent. Non refundable $200 cleaning fee.
