We love our home. Great house, great neighbors. Great place. Its just we are gardly ever here. And we want to be closer tge the grand babies. Its beautiful inside and out. We pick out all the colors. We bought it pre construction. Its all black,browns,and grays with some white thrown in for contrast. We would actually like to sell it turn key. We're not raking anything with us. Ie furniture,bedroom sets,dining table,washer and dryer. It all stays or goes. And we have it furnished really nice. And we also layed alot more wood laminate floors than builder called for. All main is wood except a small section in living room and bedrooms. They have carpet. And bathroom and laundry rooms are tile.
