We are seeking quiet and respectful tenants for the recently renovated second-story apartment above our home in the neighborhood of Martin park. The home has 2 closeted bedrooms and an office/bedroom without a closet and a large bathroom with tub/shower. It is conveniently located 8 Blocks from U of D, Mercy and 1 mile from Palmer Park, with restaurants and shopping close by on Livernois and Woodward. Tenant has washer and dryer access in the basement and the kitchen is equipped with nearly new cabinetry and appliances (gas stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher). With the exception of the kitchen, the apartment has wood flooring throughout. There is parking for 1-2 cars in the driveway and street parking is available. Tenant pays their own electric bill. Gas and water are included, assuming an average bill of no more than $150 per month (the current average). A non-refundable deposit of $350 per week is required to hold the unit. It will be applied to the 1st month's rent of $1,400. A total of $3,250 is due at signing. This includes: --First month's rent and utilities of $1550 --A security deposit of $1800 Utilities: Tenants are responsible for their own electric bill. Water and gas will be paid by the property owner, up to a total average of $150 per month (the current average water/gas bill per unit).
