The shared spaces will be the kitchen and entry way with some living room space. The house is shared by two other occupants who are quiet and keep the house cleaned. While we love our furry friends, no pets are allowed and light cooking is allowed. This house is close to major companies like Intel, Nvidia, and AMD. But also close to Santa Clara University and within a 15 minute drive to San Jose State University. No laundry machines but there's a laundromat nearby within walking distance. The owner pays utilities, internet, and garbage. Renters pay for mandatory monthly cleaning service. No laundry machines! No heavy cooking! No pets (sorry)!
