I've had a driver licenze im GOTH stop threatening me every time I list my house my name is a unisex name and I dont have anything wrong with me 3 bedroom brick house with yard and cement parking area in back. Living room, 2 lower and 1 upper bedrooms, kitchen, 1.5 bath, basement. Tenant required to mow lawn, shovel snow and pay security deposit. Street parking seems discouraged in the neighborhood, if you have multiple vehicles you wont be able to leave them in the street Please only contact me if you are serious about renting. I'm an independent adult who owns houses in wi and mi. I have a driver license and I never lived with a family. Please be respectful just as you would be with anyone else who is advertising or marketing their property. Everybody seems to have a wrong idea about who owns this house. The owner isn't a baby and she isn't under anyone's care so please do not pester me with unwanted comments - serious prospective tenants only please Tenant is responsible for utilities. Tenant is liable for damages and must do lawn mowing and snow removal
