A quick walk from Stanford, train station, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Stanford Shopping Center, and numerous downtown shops and restaurants. 2. Ample natural sunlight 3. Hardwood flooring 4. Updated open floor plan, white kitchen cabinetry with stainless steel appliances, gas range, and a dishwasher 5. Covered parking and external storage 6. Cordial and responsive management 7. Two in-unit storage closets There are two wall AC units, one each in the living room and the bedroom. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan. Shared laundry includes two coin-operated washers and two dryers for 8 apartment units in the building. We seldom found the laundry occupied when we wanted to use it. Water is paid by the owner. The bedroom could come furnished with our solid-wood queen bed, dresser + mirror, and nightstand if the tenant is interested. We could also gift our desks/chairs if the tenant wants. We loved our time here and totally recommend it.
