Includes pure, tasty water from Lopez Community pre paid tap. Wifi is available at library and in the village cafe's. Has gas stove top and oven, cedar lined closet, full size shower, all windows open perfectly and are fully screened, furnishings cleaned after each renter. This is a ideal match for a renter who will drive slowly on our private road, live happily in a small scale indoor space and in harmony with close neighbor, just occasionally. follow a few simple rules, keep the noise indoors and respects nature. If you are semi spoiled with luxuries like unlimited parking, wifi, are a tv baby, have multiple pets, parties, please look elsewhere.
