You will have your own washer/dryer. There is a workspace suitable for building and crafting projects and a backyard with apples, raspberries, and grapes that you can share with us. We are the owners and we live in the upper unit. The unit is on a separate electric meter and has its own hot water tank so you will be turning on utilities in your own name. It can be available as early as January 1st if so desired. We are still working on renovations, so more likely the 15th or February 1. We bought the place in November. Pets negotiable.
