No pets & No smoking. Owner pays for water, garbage pick-up, & sewer. Tenant pays for gas & electricity (less than you might expect). No washer/dryer hookup, but nice laundry room on site. No covered parking. Must have very good credit and an income of at least 3 times the rent. We will run a background checks and call references. No fraud. No misdemeanor of a kind which would seem to present a danger to other. Rental insurance is required.
