There's on and off access to the I-94 Tollroad a short distance to the West. The zoning is Agriculture and the Property is not in a FEMA Special Flood Hazard area. It's a deep site of approximately 8.5 acres with all the buildings near the Route 173 road frontage. The entire Acreage is partially fenced and has a large additional 'pet-friendly' fenced area off the back door deck.
