I included professional photos as well as non-professional photos as ideas from a tenant who really made the space shine. Street parking on a very safe and low traffic street. No pets please. We are part of an awesome housing association that gives low-cost access to the local swimming pools, Brushy Creek rec center, exercise classes, movie nights on the lawn, haunted houses, etc. We are right by Brushy Creek Lake Park. The neighborhood is very quaint and walkable, with three parks in easy walking distance from here and trail access. Close to many "shopping lands" that would have what you need, plenty of food options, and .4 miles from a great HEB with curbside, delivery, and a drive-thru pharmacy. We are a small family who moved from the heart of South Austin last year. We are looking for a good match above everything and expect to respect your privacy, space, and time. Family-friendly tenant is required since that's what we are. Six (6) month lease preferred but open to shorter duration for a high-quality tenant.
