Super chill, pretty clean household perfect for creatives/artsy/gamer folks/young professionals. 550 is a flat rate, month to month covering room, utilities, and fiber internet. Not kid friendly. Drama free house. Individual renters only. Place is somewhat furnished already with a nice desk and bed, but we can figure something out if need be. Fenced in yard, dog and cat on property. Not looking to add more pets as the chemistry is already balanced. Overall a super cool place with room for a super cool, chill, clean person. Currently 3 guys that live here but anyone/all are more than welcome here. Goooooood luck. Flexible, can do whatever really.
