There is a detached 2 car garage, plenty of grass and a huge storage shed positioned out of site behind the garage. The home has a very classic feel with wood craftsmanship common to the tutor era but also has updated features like central air conditioning, high end double pane windows, french-door refrigerator, new flooring in the basement and new paint throughout. You will be living in a house with incredibly good air. The EPA advises that high radon can have negative health effects. Colorado homes often have radon levels of 4-12 pCi/L or even higher. This home has a radon system that maintains extremely low levels (0.54 apposed to 2.0 recommended by the EPA). No cats have been in the house for at least 24 years so there isn't a trace of cat dander. Finally, the HVAC features a high end filtration system, not the disposable type filter. This really is a great neighborhood nestled in Park Hill.
