His wife is a professional who is into cooking, reading and community service. The one roommate is only here 4 days a week, then leaves on Thursdays and is gone for the weekend. (He stays with family in Orange County for the weekends.) He is a single, mid-'20's aerospace engineer working on a Master's degree via online classes. Very quiet, very respectful. He is also currently sharing the separate studio/office adjacent to the detached garage, a 10x10 room with its own A/C unit. (That room may become available as well.) None are smokers or partiers. Currently, there are no pets living here.
