A TV, DVD, Stereo/CD and washer & dryer are included. All sliders are pocket doors and open to a screened lanai. The second floor has 2 bedroom suites. The master includes a king size bed and the second suite includes a queen size bed. Both are equipped with a TV and linens. Amenities include 2 pools and tennis courts. There is also a 15 mile bike path from Bokeelia to St. James City. This is an annual rental. Owner pays for water.. Tenant is responsible for electric & internet, etc. No smoking and no pets.
