My mobile home is a very comfortable 2+2 on a spacious corner lot in a lovely senior community. A major benefit in our community is that the monthly space rent includes water, trash and sewer. There are no additional fees for those necessities! We also have a lovely Club House, swimming pool and jacuzzi plus a laundry room, if you need it. With my home being located on the front row in our community, I have a great view of the high California desert terrain. There's a glider port just north of our community that provides entertainment with their glider flights. All in all, I have been very happy in my home in this serene and scenic community. My home will come with all the typical kitchen appliances, and they’re in excellent condition! I also have a nice washer/dryer combo in the laundry. Off the kitchen there’s a nice dining area which flows right into the large living room where there’s a beautiful wood-burning fireplace! I’ll be posting pictures of the interior soon. As shown in the pictures, I had a large gazebo built and placed in my yard. It’s a comfortable outside area in which to relax, enjoy the view and visit with neighbors.
