My home is a triple-wide mobile located in a beautiful senior community. Our rural setting offers a serene and very private feel. If you're looking for a get-a-way from the hectic city life, you'll love our community. I have wonderful neighbors who all own their homes. Rentals are not allowed. My home is spacious with an "open concept" living area. It's a wonderful entertaining arrangement. The carpeting and vinyl flooring are in excellent condition. The ceilings are pitched with wooden exposed wooden beams. All of the interior doors are hardwood with decorative glass panels. I have a separate laundry room and office area. Both bedrooms are roomy and the primary bedroom is quite large. There's access from the main bedroom to my outdoor patio area. There's a walk-in closet and ensuite with both a glass shower stall and tub. A really nice feature is my main porch. It's shaded and private and has access from the primary bedroom and a "pass-through" window to the kitchen. The kitchen has a skylight that really brightens up the area. I recently purchased a new stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave which will all remain with the home. In addition to the new appliances, I recently had the interior of my home painted at a cost of over $5,000 and also added a new HVAC system with a price tag over over $10,000. There's new window shades in the living room and main bedroom along new tub/shower in both bathrooms. To top it all off, I also had the roof done with new 30-year shingles. The bottom line of all of this is that any senior individual or couple can move right in and immediately enjoy this home. I've made a considerable investment in this home and unfortunately now find my self having to leave it all behind for someone else to enjoy, as I find it necessary to relocate to a senior care facility.
