This is nice clean house in a quiet neighborhood west of the stadium. I'm the owner and I live next-door. The house is nice and I want it kept nice. There is a sunporch entrance on the south and a three season porch and deck that face the fenced in backyard. Inside there's a living room, kitchen and family room with a gas fireplace along with the two bedrooms and the bathroom. The second bedroom is smaller and probably more appropriate for an office or a craft room. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. There's no basement so the washer and dryer are on the main floor. There is a garage, but I use it for my shop so it's not available for the renter to use. There's a small yard to mow and snow to be moved and it is possible that could be arranged to be done. The renter is responsible for utilities and Internet This is definitely a no smoking property. References will be checked. The house has a one year lease, which is renewable after that
