My partner and I are looking for roommates to fill up the lower half of our house. We have two awesome rooms with slightly different features. This room is the smaller one of the two. The second room is larger and carpeted. Both rooms connect to a large shared living space with additional views of the mountain. The shared living space connects to a large balcony. The shared kitchen and laundry (washer and dryer) spaces are located upstairs. Rent includes gas, water, trash, internet and a parking spot. We are looking to rent out both of these rooms for $950 per room. The additional shared living room space is ~300 sq. ft. The neighborhood is located at the base of the arrowhead trail, just .75 miles downhill from the AZT and 1.25 miles walk from Buffalo park. No smoking allowed inside. No additional pets. Parking limited per renter with reasonable exceptions. Multiple Off street parking spaces in driveway. Tenant must maintain care of premises, report damage, etc. No subletting. Renter's insurance required.
