We recently renovated the second bedroom, and turned it into our office space. We have lived here for almost 4 years, and it has been a great place to stay! But, the time has come for us to move on. Everything works as it should, cold A/C, strong furnace, and a fast water heater! The only maintenance I would say is required is a new roof coating, as this one is 7+yrs old. The park has a gym, a playground, a mini dog park, and a community center! Lot rent is $725/month.
