Built in 2018. I was the first person to live in this unit and it has been a great place to live. Modern energy-efficient appliances, faux-wood floors, stacked washer/dryer in unit, super fast SpartanNet gigabit fiber internet! Tenant is responsible for electric and cable. All other utilities included in rent. Dogs are allowed - I have two myself - and the East Lansing Dog Park is 1/4 mile down the road. Rent is advertised on NoCa Lots website for $1,099 a month but I am currently locked in for $999 - plus I am willing to discuss additional subsidy if needed. I am happy discuss anything related to this property!
