"Resort style" Summer apartment less than a mile away from the beach Complimentary Yoga Classes, Pet Friendly, Dog Park, Heated Pools, Bike trail, Golfing, wifi, fully furnished, large patio with view, next to the huntington harbor and MUCH more. We are looking to rent out one of the rooms on a nightly, or weekly basis. Will be going away this summer for several weeks so we are not looking for anything long term, maybe just some vacation renters. (weekly/nightly basis). Must be reliable, and no noise complaints will be tolerated. We would like to meet you before securing the reservation. A deposit is required, and will be given back at the end of your visit if nothing is damaged, and you have received no noise complaints. I will not be answering many messages until after finals this week, so do not get disappointed if We do not respond that same day. THERE IS ANOTHER ROOMATE, but she works 6 days a week and is very quiet. All utilities are included in the price- flat rate.
