Wonderful place to live, I am only moving out since I got engaged. I have to be out by December 31st, as my new apartments lease starts January 1st. Lease can be resigned or terminated yearly. You have to pay for parking if you need it and there are numerous options to do so. All pets are allowed, and units are not co-ed. As a tenant just keep up with cleanliness.
