Also note that the recliner couch and bedroom set were left by the previous tenant so those can either stay or be removed depending on your preference. Credit and background check to be paid by the applicant and will be done through Zillow. This should be a $29 fee. We are looking for tenants with at least a 625 credit score and bringing in at least $2,200 per month between all of the tenants.
