The lower level features a king room with a lake view, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom, as well as additional sleeping accommodations including a king room with a lake view, patio access, and shared hallway bathroom, and a bunk area with 3 bunks (6 beds total) and a shared hallway bathroom. Your stay at Ringneck Retreat is complemented by full access to a fully stocked kitchen, a game room with ping pong and shuffleboard, a deck overlooking the lake and heated pool, child-friendly amenities like a high-chair, Pack-N-Play, and dinnerware, a private dock for mooring your boat, two kayaks with life jackets, high-end toiletries, towels, beach towels, and amenities, a fire pit by the lake with a sitting area, and a hot tub overlooking the lake. This home is pet-friendly with a 2-dog allowance and no pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee. The boat lift at this dock is not accessible to renters, but boats can be tied to the side of the dock.
