This will reqiure a one year lease. There is no smoking of ANYKIND inside the building, if smoking must happen it must happen out side and away form the building and windows. All cigarette butts must be picked up. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the common areas, landlord is responsible for trash and plowing. respectfully tenant should share in snow removal from stairways when possible. Tenant is also responsible for moving their car for the snow plow.
