There is a separate unit downstairs with separate key pad entry which rents separately for $2300 a month. The ideal renter would want to both spaces, or it could be rented separately. Rent for both spaces would be a a discount of $7000 for both. 6 months to 1 year lease. We are flexible with that because we might want to lease longer to move to Tahoe.
