    Realtors are famous for saying how beautiful a property is. You see words like "quintessential" and "exquisite". I'm not going to blow smoke at you here. This is almost certainly a land sale, with a tear down structure on it. The building has some structural issues. I suppose you could try to fix it and make it into a house, but it's probably easier to remove the structure and build a home or put a manufactured home on the lot. Could be pretty cheap living if you do it right. Drilled well on site, septic, and power are on site. Nice level parking/building area along Route 12S, and then the back part of the lot slopes up. Convenient to 89, Northfield, and Norwich University. If you eye this as a building lot with utilities, then you're on the right track. Property conveys with personal property and equipment. Low Density Residential zoning means that it can't operate as a restaurant or a lot of other commercial uses going forward. Just being blunt and honest, hope you appreciate it.
