The second unit has a bedroom and half bath on the first floor, and a bedroom and full bath on the second floor. An additional sleeping space is available via a futon in the office, which is located off of the bathroom but has a separating door. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway off of Pilgrim Ave, as well as on the street. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
