It's also the one our family uses when we visit the area and is definitely one of the nicest units in the building. With two master bedrooms and an additional bedroom and bunkroom, this unit sleeps eight and can easily accommodate two families. Most everything has been completely updated from the original build and finishes. It's also a corner unit providing phenomenal sunrise AND sunset views as well as overlooking all of pier park. Rates run from as low as $180 per night to as high as $660 per night depending on the season and substantial discounts apply to long-term guests such as winter snow birds. There are additional fees and taxes, but I'm glad to provide an "all-in" price for any given dates.
