This unit will sleep up to 6 people Walking distance to Pier Park, which boasts 124 retail shops & dining options World class amenities on site feature private beach access, two seasonally heated pools & hot tubs with Gulf views, indoor pool, two spa whirlpools, fitness center, steam room & sauna. Five minutes from Gulf World & Frank Brown Park which is a 200-acre outdoor recreational facility. Unit #1600 offers Beautiful West views from all living areas. You will love being able to see day westerly coastline views and the night lights of PCB. No parties, no smoking. Amenity Passes/Parking passes: Pre-Registration is guests who register MORE THAN 24 hours in advance. This fee is currently $35 + tax. Late Registration is considered to be guests who register 24 hours or LESS in advance of arrival, or upon arrival. This fee is currently $45 + tax. There is paid parking for 2 vehicles. Parking spaces aren't dedicated. The parking garage is located across the street from the building. There is a code required to access the parking garage (this is your gate code). There is a skybridge on level 2 that will take you across the street to the main building. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Vacasa desk located on the ground floor. This is where you can pick up your two parking passes. You will also receive wristbands that will give you access to on-site amenities. Watercraft, trailers, campers, motor homes, buses, or other oversize vehicles are not allowed on-premises. No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds, extended cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are to park in the north side rear of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere and are subject to tow at the renter's expense. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 GUEST OVER 25 We are renting this property at this price until 3/8 Utilities are $195 per month A one time clean fee is charged of $195 Tourist tax and credit card processing fees are in addition
