The unit is fully furnished, including pots, pans, utensils, dishware and a new refrigerator in the kitchen and a TV and stereo in the living room. The unit has a washer/dryer, alarm system and claw foot tub, and is supported by a brand new generator for power outages. Annual rental term. All utilities are included (water, gas, electric, trash, recycling) as well as Starlink Internet. We do allow 1 dog; however, need to meet and approve the dog beforehand. A $300 non-refundable pet fee is required. Parking is outdoors, but renter can utilize the owner's garage space when they are not there. Driveway has snowplow service. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises. We require first and last month's rent upfront along with a $1000 security deposit.
