I used to live here for 3 years and loved it. It's a gated community in the most beautiful part of Memphis, Central Gardens. 10 minutes from downtown and 5 to Cooper-Young. It comes furnished for no extra charge. I can also remove any furniture you don't need. owner pays trash and sewage.
