No smoking inside of the home or within 25 feet of the exterior of the home. Once renter is approved, renter will be required to sign a lease. Quiet times at the Park Avenue complex is 10pm-7am. Parking: One vehicle under the attached carport and one vehicle can park directly behind the vehicle in the carport. Private hot tub activation fee is $200 per month. First month's rent, security deposit of $1000 and departure cleaning fee of $375 is due in advance of your check in date. This is a non-smoking, no pets/animals rental.
