This is a good starting out family home. When I bought the house we had to put all new plumbing and piping in . The floors have all been redone and are now all hard wood flooring. New appliances was purchased for the home, Fridge, Microwave, & Stove. A lot of home making has been done with this house. Has all new light fixtures in each room. Repaired the deck. Put in a new/used AC unit just last year. Had to relocate and dig new pipe for the propane tank.Its very quiet out here. Hardly any traffic . Neighbors are all very friendly. No one hardly bothers you . Its not too far away from Berryville either.
