Pipes did not freeze even In this cold winter. Neighbor guy mows my grass for 20 bucks once a week, blows away leaves also. Dont even have to ask him he just shows up. That was our deal. Porch roof has rolled roofing. Oil tank is 275 gallons and lasts from October through end of February. Home is move in ready. Great starter or home for older person. Sit on porch and watch the birds and deer in your yard. Porch has 2 doors with steps on both sides. Only 2 steps high.
