On the first floor are a kitchen, utility and workroom, living room/dining room, office and bathroom. There are four bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor. The house is insulated and has a gas furnace and central air. The house is near North Cedar Mechanicsville Elementary Center School and North Cedar High School. You are welcome to drive by the property to get a general idea of the location, etc. If you are then interested in pursuing the rental of the property further, please complete the attached application and return to our office as soon as possible. We will review applications as received and arrange to show the property to qualifying applicants. The lease is for a minimum of 12 months and then will continue on a monthly basis. The rent is $775 per month. A deposit of $775 will also be required at the signing of the lease. The tenant shall be responsible for all utilities, rental of water softener and required salt, garbage removal, lawn care and landscaping. We do not allow inside pets.
