We have a walled-in court yard, which allows for privacy and ability to park several vehicles, including our motorhome. It also keeps the street noise down. Because we're located above the river, the home is focused towards the backyard, with windows all along the back side of our home. This allows for a non-stop, fairly private view of the river.
