The main living area is bright and wide open with a vaulted ceiling. The kitchen has all new Whirlpool Appliances and off of that room is a game room with a small bar area. There is a large backyard suitable for entertaining with a pool, basketball area and room for all your friends and family. There will be a two garage available with washer and dryer and an electric car charger. The house is wired for Direct TV and I will be leaving 2 TV's behind for your use, one is located in the Bar Area and the other one in in one of the Bedrooms. All bedrooms are located on the second floor with the master and one other room sharing a deck. There is no carpet in the home as all rooms are either tile or wood floors. The whole house has just been freshly painted. The owner will be paying for pool, yard maintenance. You will be responsible for water, gas, trash and excess electricity used.
