Rent is $990 a month (495 a person) with water, sewage, and garbage included! Internet can be what you like, we currently have ziply fiber set up. Pet friendly with additional pet rent. Electricity is paid through avista. One reserved parking spot included, and plenty of off street parking. We have loved it here, just need somewhere with another room. The lease is 1 year (August to June) with option to renew.
