At the end of the road/driveway, at the Caloosahatchee River is an additional boat ramp that is shared by all the residents of Carolyn Lane. The house was painted in 2018. The roof was replaced in September, 2019. The windows in the living room were replaced with double pane windows in June, 2021. New hot water heater October, 2021. New kitchen cabinets, 2022. Stainless steel appliances in kitchen. I enjoy the open spaces of this approximately 0.8 acre lot. Plenty of room for the kids to play. There is an abundance of wildlife in and around the water. We have a large boat that we keep parked on a trailer on the boat ramp. We use a permanently mounted winch to move it in and out of the water. Nice boat, but I find kayaking in this area to be the most enjoyable. As this is a rural area there are few people using the local waterways.
