The apartment itself is quite spacious, with 750 sq ft and an outdoor patio. In my two years living here, I've never experienced loud or disrespectful neighbors. Asking for $1000/mo plus utilities, the move-in date is July 1 to end the lease around August 10th. Parking is a one-time payment of $25 per car to the apartment management. We would have to meet with the office to sign the sublet contract, which doesn't include any additional fees. The sublease would have to end around August 10th. Maintenance is free and can be requested on the online portal.
