Hello! This fully furnished apartment under our Nyack house is peaceful and well-appointed. You've got your own entrance. It's on the small side, but it has all you need and is cozy and comfortable. The view of the Hudson River is gorgeous. Nyack is as charming as they come! The space is bright and welcoming. There's an elegant bathroom with a shower and an efficient kitchenette with mini-fridge, range (oven and burners - not seen in the pictures), microwave, and sink. The Tempurpedic bed is very comfortable. A minisplit heat pump keeps the space warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Washer and dryer and extra storage in a shared basement space. Utilities and Internet included. We are quiet and friendly - a single dad and the most charming 9-year-old boy you've ever met. ps - I'm open to shorter-term leases if that's what you're looking for.
